Dr. Allison Hamff

Ph.D, LP, LSSP

As a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology with nearly 20 years of experience in schools and clinical settings, Allison has worked extensively with children, adolescents, parents, and school staff. She is passionate about helping children, tweens, adolescents, and their parents navigate the complexities of life and the myriad emotions that are part of the human experience. She also aspires to help youth and their parents find solutions tailored to their individual priorities and goals, keeping the best interests of the client at the forefront of her work.

 
 

Dr. Caroline Baizan

Ed.D, LPC, LSSP

Dr. Caroline Baizan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), specializing in young children and adolescents. She has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a doctoral degree in counseling.  Dr. Baizan’s goal is to assist adolescents and children in identifying and overcoming challenges in their lives. Caroline is passionate about supporting an individual’s journey to envision and achieve the best version of themselves. Caroline is dedicated to supporting and assisting in navigating tweens/teens through challenging periods in their lives. As a mother of three, she is familiar with challenges that children face today.

Aimee Rodriguez

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Aimee Burke Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants everyone who walks into her office to know that they are in a safe, accepting, and engaging space. She has had the privilege of counseling and working with children and families for over 20 years and knows that navigating the tween, teen and young adult years can feel overwhelming for everyone involved. As a counselor, and mother of two, Aimee wants to normalize the need for counseling and support for teenagers and their families.

After graduating from McNeese State University, she received her Master of Social Work degree from The University of Texas at Austin and has lived and worked in Houston for almost 20 years.

Dr. Shannon Ackal

M.Ed, Ph.D, LP

Shannon Ackal is a Licensed Psychologist/Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. Early on in her graduate training, she discovered a passion for conducting comprehensive assessments. She was particularly drawn to the idea of using objective data to help answer questions and concerns about a particular individual’s development. Her love for all things assessment expanded when she was introduced to the field of neuropsychology, and the fascinating link between brain and behavior.

Rosalyn deTranaltes

LPC-Associate

Supervised by Audrey Omenson, LPC-S

Rosalyn deTranaltes has a lifelong love of learning, a passion for helping people identify and overcome obstacles, and an ability to find calm even in the midst of chaos. She enjoys meeting people where they are, helping them identify their goals, and empowering them to understand and work through any obstacles they may be facing in getting to where they would like to be.

 
 
 

Cristina Ramos

LPC

Cristina Ramos is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who has a passion to work alongside her clients to overcome any obstacles that they may encounter. Cristina believes that through counseling one can find the right path that suits them and works within their values. As a counselor, Cristina’s counseling sessions are empathetic and serve as an open space where all clients can bring their most honest and pure emotions, feelings, and thoughts; a place where they can explore and be their most authentic selves. 

Nancy Wendlandt

MEd, LPC

Nancy Wendlandt is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing counseling and support to individuals. She actively seeks to connect with her clients, providing them a welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental space to openly express and explore. As a counselor, educator, and mother, she has an understanding of and appreciation for the numerous unique and complex challenges, pressures and opportunities that youth and young adults face. Nancy has a heart for coming alongside her clients as they navigate during a critical period of development and life transitions. Nancy also desires to help parents find ways to engage empathically and effectively with and support their children, in what can be an uncertain but hope-filled process towards greater awareness and connection, prevention and healing.

Cambrey Lindsay

Cambrey Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals on their personal mental health journey. She provides a supportive, non-judgemental environment for her clients and focuses on the whole person exactly where they are. Cambrey believes every human has the gift to heal themselves and will collaboratively guide clients through the process to a better understanding of themselves. As a counselor and mother of two children, Cambrey understands pre-teens, teens and young adults.

Dr. Amber Rexilius is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate who has been working in the field of psychology for many years. She completed her education, a PhD in International Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and life took her around the world living in 9 different countries. Employment in each location brought a different view and experience providing her a full understanding of how mental health affects all people.

As a counselor, Amber trusts the client is an expert in their own life. Her role through therapy is to offer a non-judgmental, supportive space to guide clients through their feelings and behaviors. She will focus on clients with complex social and/or familial dynamics, issues with self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, perfectionism, parental frustration, and depression.
